I have been working with JS for 8 months now. We do 3 or 4 sessions per week and he is great at mixing up the sessions so that we cover full body and cardio. He has a knack of knowing my limits and just stretching me to achieve greater goals. I am now fitter than I have ever been and recently ran my first 8k and I managed to run a 5k in under 30 minutes. JS is also very knowledgeable about nutrition which means you can get the advice you need whenever you need it.Jun 9, 2014
My son has been working with Jean-Sebastian since June. My son was very self conscious about his weight and starting High School. I was looking for a trainer that would be a good fit for him and Jean-Sebastian was it! He never talks down to my son and always has a friendly and encouraging way about him that ALWAYS puts my son at ease. I am a 38 years old woman. I have never been a top athlete, but I always maintain a good health and fitness level. I have been training for one year with Darwin Fitness - one hour/three times per week and I am extremely happy with the results. I lost 12 pounds of fat and gained at least 5 pounds of muscle. I never got bored with Jean Sebastien's workouts and session by session I always had the feeling that I learned something. Since I left Orlando for Lakeland, I cannot workout the same way anymore, But Jean Sebastien still coaches me online and gives me a follow up one on one workout and a nutrition consultation once a month.
