- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a case by case basis and ensure that our pricing is fair and competitive. It is best to contact us for a consultation where we will tailor your video content for success. We also offer a 10% New client discount for our services. We also have a 400 SQFT studio space for filming various videos (podcasts, talking head, product shoots for example).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The work we do in pre-production is the most critical in ensuring that your project is a success, not only so we can be prepared to give you the best work possible, but to also make sure you can feel confident in leaving the photo & video in our hands while you focus on other priorities. 2. Communication is key. 3. The more information about your project the better. 4. If possible show us some visual examples of what you'd like your final product to look like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Own Productions was founded by military veteran who understands the importance of delivering on time and above and beyond your expectations. For over 2 decades and 40 different brands, we have helped deliver several different types of content. From feature films, commercials to simple YouTube Videos. My Own Productions understands the requirements to plan, light, and capture what you need and put it together for the masses.
