- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fair with my pricing, and they will definitely get value for their money and there is warranty on all jobs that is completed by me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer problem, then I would ask questions to get as much information about the problem so I can assess and diagnose the problem properly then I inform the customer of the steps that I need to take to fix the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Four years of the apprenticeship program and on the job training.
