I had a great experience replacing my water heater. Michael and the other technician were both incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident that the job was being done right.One thing I really appreciated was that they put booties on before coming into my houseit showed they respected my home. They also performed a complimentary inspection of my homes plumbing to make sure everything was working properly and let me know if there was anything that might need attention in the future. I never felt pressured, just well informed.Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional plumbers!

Michael Waldron was prompt to our job, listened as we explained the issue, did some troubleshooting and found the cause. He provided a good quote and started immediately upon our approval of the quote. Work was excellent and he left no trace of having done so much work. Great work and outstanding cleanup. We will definitely call Ben Franklin Plumbing and ask for Micheal for all our plumbing!
