- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is up front. We come out to evaluate the problem and provide the the repair cost up front. And the best part: There is no charge or obligation for the estimate!!! If you decide to wait or not do the repair at all you owe nothing! What do you have to lose?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is nearly impossible to diagnose a repair issue over the phone. So we offer a no charge repair estimate. We will send one of our highly trained technicians out to evaluate your problem and offer a solution with up front pricing. All at no cost to you. If you do not want to do the repair that day you will owe nothing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner have over a decade in the garage door industry working with many large companies over the years. He is trained in all aspects of garage door and opener repairs with an emphasis on residential garage doors. He is certified by the International Door Association as a certified trainer. He also holds many other certifications including Liftmaster certified.
