I thought they were quick and responsive, but it was only until the next day, when I spent 5 hrs cleaning all the things they missed, that I was totally pissed, that they renegotiate, the quoted price, to 480,knowing full well, they had me over a barrel. No walls,or base boards, no doors, did not use so much as a scrubber on anything. I was so mad and defeated at that point, that Kevin offered to come back but I already did most of the work. he shoulda offered some money back since he jacked up the price by 130

Hello, Kimberly. I have before-and-after photos of your home from the cleaning; I am certain the job was done with great care, though we know some issues cannot be resolved in a single session. We were there from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. When you raised your concerns, we intended to return to address the work you felt wasn’t done properly, but your husband said it wouldn’t be necessary for us to come back. I am sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the cleaning. We take feedback seriously and always want our customers to be happy with the service provided.
