We had a leak in the garage , turns out it wasn't a plumbing issue it was hvac. We called this company first and they came out, although they didn't necessarily do any plumbing work they did show up, and figured out what the issue was.

Normally when given a service window, a repairman shows up towards the end. With SPR, the plumber came right at the beginning of the estimated service window. He also finished the repairs in about 15 minutes. I would definitely consider using them again for my plumbing needs.

James was hired to perform a pressure test on a house that had been "winterized" a foreclosed house we was assessing for purchase. He arrived on time and was very diligent in making sure everything was configured correctly. He answered all of our questions and even mentioned repairs he thought would be helpful if we purchased the house. There were no additional charges and no hard sell on the suggested improvements.
