- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
HK Contractor estimating team will deliver a complete proposal/bid based on the owner provided plans and specifications. Once engaged in services, we become a member of the team, working with the design professionals and the owner to deliver the project to the owner on-time and within agreed upon price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At HK Contractor, we are process oriented! HK Contractor is an innovative firm focused on what’s in the best interest for the homeowner. We take our client’s needs and the team’s innovative ideas to the next level creating a project that you and our team can be proud of! Design- Under a design build delivery the HK team provides both construction and design services as a single entity. We work for our client, encapsulating all design and construction responsibilities. This is a beneficial delivery method, as it allows the design and construction team to coordinate cost, schedule, and construct-ability prior to construction activities commencing and take full accountability for the end product from the infantile stages to the final completion and owner use

We focus on giving the HK team many opportunities for professional development, including training programs designed to give members practical, on-the-job knowledge and skills. This is just one more way that quality of work is protected and customer satisfaction enhanced.
