- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a plan tailored to YOU — your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. No cookie-cutter programs here. ✅ Step 1: Lifestyle & Goals Questionnaire You’ll share your health history, nutrition habits, workouts, stress, and sleep so I can build a plan that fits your real life. ✅ Step 2: Onboarding Call We’ll clarify your goals, walk through the coaching app, and map out your first action steps. ✅ Step 3: Ongoing Coaching & Support You’ll get a custom workout and nutrition plan inside the app, plus 1:1 coaching support — either through Zoom or in-app messaging, depending on your needs. You’ll never feel lost. I’ll guide you, check in with you, and help you stay on track — every step of the way.
