Kyler is an excellent home inspector! He is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I recently hired him to do a 4-point inspection on my property, and I was very impressed with his work. Kyler arrived on time for the inspection and was very friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain the inspection process to me and answer all of my questions. He then proceeded to inspect the property carefully, paying close attention to the four key areas that are covered in a 4-point inspection: the roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. After the inspection, Kyler provided me with a detailed report of his findings. He explained any issues he found in a clear and concise manner, and he gave me recommendations for how to address them. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and his professionalism. I highly recommend Kyler to anyone looking for a home inspector. Kyler responded quickly, listened to my concerns, and provided an excellent, detailed report. I've had issues with previous inspectors (from a different company) lying about my rooof on the wind mit report because they refused to go into the attic and take pictures. Kyler took great photos of everything, discussed my concerns with me, answered questions, and explained the process. I had the report in hand, with pictures, shorty after he left. I am very happy with the price and service I received from Kore Home Inspections. I will always use this company going forward, and I recommend their services wholeheartedly.
