Ricky was absolutely amazing. I’ve been dealing with an ongoing water intrusion issue in my home and have had a very frustrating experience trying to figure out where it’s coming from. Ricky was the first person who made me feel like my concerns were actually being heard and taken seriously. He was incredibly thorough, he went into the attic and onto the roof multiple times, used different equipment to investigate the affected areas, tested the roof with water, and took the time to investigate different possible sources instead of jumping to a conclusion. He explained everything he was doing and what he was finding along the way, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. I genuinely appreciate the amount of time and effort he put into trying to get to the bottom of the problem. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a thorough and professional inspection.

We were so impressed with his service last time that we reached out again when we switched insurance carriers. He called me right after I posted the request. We set up a time for him to do the inspection and he took my contact info. 5 minutes later, he called and told me he just sent me the report he did in 2023 and they are good for 5 years. So he could have easily came to the house to do the inspection and collect his fee. But instead he sent me what I needed and saved me $150. I highly recommend this company. Honest, professional and prompt!!
