- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is per person. Price includes food only. Beverage packages are additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact information is received, you will receive a call or email to review menu creation, size, address, dietary restrictions, and date of the event. A location visit is always preferred to fully understand the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience as a restaurant and catering company owner in Brooklyn, NY. Myself along with my business partner, have executed well over 200 weddings and many more private and corporate events.
