Felipe’s flavors are global but also feel nostalgic, comforting and close to home. His food is vibrant and fresh, you know you are eating the most quality ingredients. Still thinking about the perfectly cooked ribeye, probably the best I’ve had! Highly recommend!

I have been working with Felipe for 10 years. I have met maybe 100 to 200 chefs in my career. I enjoy working with Felipe the most out of those 200 people. Felipe is beyond gifted when it comes to exceptional cuisine. All pricing is per person. Price includes food only. Beverage packages are additional fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact information is received, you will receive a call or email to review menu creation, size, address, dietary restrictions, and date of the event. A location visit is always preferred to fully understand the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience as a restaurant and catering company owner in Brooklyn, NY. Myself along with my business partner, have executed well over 200 weddings and many more private and corporate events.
