I’m Jennifer Alice, a confidence and happiness coach, and personal fitness trainer for almost 10 years.

I strongly believe that you can accomplish anything when you put your mind to it. That not only applies to physical health and fitness but also to relationships, work, business, and life in general.

I help my clients gain more confidence by giving them tools to believe in themselves and by showing them how they can change their mindset and believe systems to live a happier and more balanced life.

I also believe that there is a strong connection between body and mind. When you are active and give your body the fuel (aka nutrients) it needs you feel more energized, happier, and ready to conquer the world.

I show my clients how to incorporate a healthy lifestyle in their busy schedules, so they can live a life they enjoy and build the confidence they need to finally go after their dreams and reach their true potential.

I help my clients reach their goals in one-on-one sessions (Miami, Florida and North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany), via online training, and skype sessions. My clients get all the tools they needs to succeed, no matter what their goal is. I provide tools to help them adjust their belief system and mindset, workout plans for more energy and/or weightloss, as well as nutritional advice.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. In a personal trainer - client - relationship you share a lot of very personal information. Therefore you should make sure you find a trainer you can trust and who makes you feel comfortable.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Like I mentioned earlier my work highly concentrates on the body-mind-connection. Even though a lot of personal trainers are finally realizing that you can't train the body without incorporating the mind, there are still too many of us out there who do exactly that. But if your goal is to enhance your overall life experience, to be happier, less stressed, to enjoy life, then it is more important than ever to not only work on your physical fitness but also on your mindset. My ultimate goal is to make people realize it's not about how you look but how you feel. If you feel great, you will make better choices for yourself and your body.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I get to know a lot of amazing people who allow me to help them reach their goals and unfold their true potential in every area of their lives.

It is always a great feeling to see people achieving their goals and the smile on their faces when they tell me they reached their next mile stone.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. It depends on the problem the client has. Since my field is very wide spread (confidence and happiness coaching as well as personal fitness training and nutritional advice) I get a lot of different questions.

Since this is a business where we as trainers and coaches try to "customize" our work depending on our clients needs there is usually no one-size-fits-all answer to a question. Unless you ask me "Is it okay if I eat a cheese burger every day?" Then the answer is clearly no!!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Since I got certified in Germany I don't need to take continuing education courses to keep my license active (even though I think that is a great idea to ensure you keep up to date with what's going on in your field). However, I do read a lot of the newest research that's coming out, I visit seminars, and I am planning to become certified in nutritional counseling, so I can assist my clients even better.
