- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Package deals start at 10 sessions. I also offer online personal fitness training and hybrid models (combination of in-person and online training) which are more affordable than traditional one-on-one training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I offer a complimentary phone consultation to get to know the clients and find out if we are a good fit for each other. The first session then consists of an assessment where we talk about goals, past experiences with exercise, gyms, and trainers, nutrition, medical history, and beliefs about oneself and how they affect our behaviors. During the assessment (depending on the goals) we usually also take measurements to have a reference point. Based on the information I collect during this first session I create a workout plan, nutritional guidelines, and the training schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology. In addition I got certified as a personal fitness trainer in Germany many years ago. I also hold the following licenses/certificates: food coach, trainer for weight management, cardio trainer, trainer for sports rehabilitation, trainer for sports nutrition.
