Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. In a personal trainer - client - relationship you share a lot of very personal information. Therefore you should make sure you find a trainer you can trust and who makes you feel comfortable.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have a no-nonsense-philosophy. According to the goals we'll create together I will plan our sessions so you will get the best results. I don't believe in wasting time on cardio machines (if you hate cardio) or in selling you 3 hour sessions just so I can make some extra money. The plans will be designed to fit YOUR goals and YOUR schedule.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I get to know a lot of amazing people who allow me to help them reach their goals and unfold their true potential when it comes to health and fitness.

It is always a great feeling to see women achieving their goals and the smile on their faces when they tell me they lost X pounds or fit in their old skinny jeans.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most questions I get are questions about nutrition. Why do I have to eat breakfast? Do I need fish oil? Should I supplement with whey protein? etc.

I always try to answer every question because the more my clients know about nutrition the easier it is for them to make the right choices when it comes to their diet.
