I offer WhatsApp service to any gym of clients liking, home, outdoor location. Simply grab your mobile device and Bluetooth and get your private class with only difference not having to travel for either party. I also have a gym in my building which is well equipped and 24 hour. We can plan either or both based on clients needs and goals. I believe this approach works best, saves time for everyone and offers reliable as well as excellent service as well if done online however in person is more personalized. I have 15+ years of experience doing online to different states as well as countries internationally! My overall experience goes back over 25 years in fitness knowing which will definitely be the best shortcuts applied to get the clients in the best shape of their lives. I also send videos to be done solo and offer check ins if that’s the service fits clients needs best. I do all minus the hustle of traffic and stress of making your time slot as a very low price for the convenience. I’m person classes can range from $50-$100, I basically offer the same for online. I do couples and groups as well for fun and money saving. Please inquire and will come up with the best approach as well as great discounts. My goal is to help people become confident while simplifying the journey. Confidence brings joy and smiles. I am very relatable, reliable and experienced. I just had my first session with Anna and she is spectacular! She really concentrates on you as an individual, and tailors the exercises to fit your personal needs. I very much appreciated her approachable personality and her tips on healthy eating as well. I'm really looking forward to seeing results, because I can already see how effective the training will be. Anna is a Great personal trainer ! I am very happy I hired her she has a great attitude, very punctual, and I’ve been with her for two weeks now and I have already dropped 4 pounds and feel great im excited to see what’s to come. I can I explain the appreciation for anna! Not only is she helping me get fit, she also motivates you! You can see the results after the first session not even exaggerating! It's unbelievable!!! The one on one sessions at her home gym which is fully equipped and welcoming are the best! I have never had a personal trainer before her and I've been to the gym but the trainers there do not seem to care much for their bodies. On the other hand, anna gives me work outs which she does herself and has videos to show me how the exercises are supposed to be done. She has a lot of patience and is willing to give all her knowledge if you're willing to put in the effort!! Best decision I have ever taken!!

I study daily on new exercises and approaches!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to be 80 lbs heavier and it has been a journey for me. I have tryed all techniques on myself and have been able to accomplish my goals and keep the weight off for 10 years. I then fell in love with fitness. I want to help as many people as possible to become health. Motivation doesn't last, but results do. Results will keep you motivated. I will give result! Show up, smile; I will do the rest.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Stay away from contracts, the trainers who make you sign up for long term are good sales people. Real trainers are not sales people, we got into this industry for the love of fitness, not love of sales or money. Happiness will bring success and money not the other way around.
