- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the dogs, medical needs, age (if puppy), etc. We try to work with our customers to provide a price that works for everyone if possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a meet and greet if possible to meet the client and their pet. When dealing with dogs it’s usually best to meet at a neutral location like a dog park. This way I can see how the pups socialize in groups, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and cared for many dogs, cats and exotic pets. I have trained many dogs with assistance from trained professionals.
