My name is Kristina - I have a background as a NASM certified personal trainer, competitive powerlifter, and swim coach.
I work full time as a professional airline pilot and competitive CrossFit athlete. I am currently focusing on specializing in training clients online who are also busy professionals. My program isn’t designed to make you rely on me as a coach - it’s to teach you how to become your own coach whilst still being apart of a growing online community of other traveling gym goers. My training program is unique because it targets a lot of the issues travelers face in staying healthy - where to find a gym, where to get fresh food, how to manage circadian rhythm and stress. I incorporate yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, powerlifting, bodybuilding, calisthenics and Olympic weightlifting movements to create a functional and balanced workouts that can be completed in an hour or less.
I have 3 tiers to my training programs and they are all hybrid. One is primarily focused on quick, balanced workouts you can do with minimal equipment. The second one is conditioning with more strength training, also easily doable from any gym. The last one is for those who want a challenging program that will prepare you for triathlons, lifting competitions, or more.
