My wife and I did a weekend package with Arezu during our honeymoon it was phenomenal!! Arezus apartment is absolutely stunning. You feel like you are living in a jungle with all modern amenities. She was the most gracious hostess and knows Tulum very well. We chose to go to a sunrise concert at one of the local hotels (we wouldnt have know about it if we were traveling alone). It was absolutely an amazing experience! I had never done anything like that before, the music was magical and watching the sunrise to it was an experience I will never forget. She did couples yoga with us that was deep and meaningful caterer to our needs. We also did a janzu massage that was completely transformative. The food in Tulum Arezu introduced us to was also incredible! We ate the best meals with her because she took us to all the best spots. If you want to experience Tulum I would absolutely book with Arezu. It was an experience we will never forget! She made the trip so relaxing bc she took care of us to the max. It was exactly what we needed. Thank you again Arezu for making the trip so fantastically memorable!

I had a wonderful session with Angel/Arezu and Julia. I was inspired by InspireZus IG page for her lifestyle, offerings and experiences in Tulum and came to create some of my own! In the session I was introduced to my very first cacao ceremony, as well as a Chakra Reading that surprised me at certain parts where I was open or closed. I found it so helpful how Arezu used techniques of movement and meditation from the Kundalini background to bring me healing and balance to my chakras. This session really got me back on track, while I had drifted away unknowingly. Things have come together in fruition since that session, and I feel that I am back in my power and in my flow. I am very grateful for this time with them both!

[FULL DISCLAIMER: I have never done yoga before and had never even planned to try it]. I served as a conservative pastor for over 15 years and I was taught to avoid yoga like the plague. Honestly I never gave a moment's thought as to why I was supposed to avoid it - it just didn't show up on my radar. So when I ended up in a Kundalini Yoga class on a recent trip to Mexico led by my new friend Arezu (InspireZU) I was blown away. Sure, the tropical setting next to the beach with the birds singing and waves crashing was fantastic, but they paled in comparison to the class. Please know - I was 100% a doubter. Sure, I figured it would help me stretch better, but I had no other expectations. How short-sighted that was! To say that the class was the beginning of one of the most spiritually significant weeks of my life (most spent with Arezu) would be an understatement. From the moment class began, despite my doubts, I was overwhelmed, both by her deep knowledge of Kundalini Yoga as well as her true care for each person in the class. Sure,I had my doubts when she wanted to see what state our chakras were in (something I didn't believe in). I also had my doubts when she described how certain movements and positions would help open certain chakras (also didn't believe in that). I doubted when she said that certain stretches would help us feel energy flowing through us (you guessed it - I didn't buy into energy movement). Basically I came in reluctantly and expected nothing besides being sore afterwards. How short-sighted I was! Yes, I was stretched out better than I have ever been stretched. But more so, there was something truly spiritual about the entire experience. At the end of the 90 minutes, all of my doubts had started to errode. That didn't mean I had answers, but it was clear to me that something amazing had transpired beyond what I could explain with my very clinical and Western world view.Three weeks out and I still have doubts, questions and uncertainties. But that's alright. Life change takes time. I suppose you could say I've started to adopt different "yogic ways" since that first class. I now eat mostly vegan because it makes me feel better. I daily practice the yoga stretches she's taught me. I've learned to love meditation (something I was never able to do before) because for the first time in my life I've learned to help my brain stop spinning at 100mph through the breathing exercise she's taught me during follow up one-on-one virtual sessions. Through her help I've even started to embrace pausing during my day to reset and recenter my thoughts instead of rushing from one thing to the next. I can say with abject honesty that I would have never tried any of this without Arezu's help.Bottom-line, Arezu not only changed my life for the better, but she elongated it. I am certain that the lessons she has taught me will allow me to live longer and healthier than I previously could have ever expected. How often can you say that of anyone?
