I’ve made several long-distance moves over the years, and typically have faced lost items, missing items, and damaged/destroyed items. So, it was with hesitation that I approached a recent move from Pembroke Pines to Atlanta.
This time, I needn’t have worried!! Straight Move LLC came highly-recommended, and rightfully so! This was, by the largest margin imaginable, the best experience I’ve ever had with movers— and it literally went perfectly from start to finish.
To begin with, Tim and his crew were prompt, professional, courteous, and extraordinarily helpful. Each of them was friendly and outgoing, and a genuine pleasure to work with.
They came prepared: all the dollies, hand trucks, tools, etc. that could possibly be needed. The crew was super-efficient, and emptied the rooms of my home faster than I could’ve anticipated. As they loaded the truck, their experience and skill became increasingly apparent: they made such phenomenal use of space that I would’ve been okay with a smaller truck!
Everything that was loaded was flawlessly secured— so much so, that at the end of a nearly 800-mile trip, nothing had moved, tipped, fallen, or come loose— a remarkable feat. Not a single item had any damage whatsoever!
It’s both wonderful and surprising in today’s world when any business or service does precisely what they promise to do, and does it so well that the customer wouldn’t change a thing.
