What a great experience! I heard back within a minute or two, confirming receipt of my request through the app. They called to make sure they understood the issues I was having with my plumbing. Cesar and Elver did a great job. As you can imagine when you find a broken water pipe it gives you anxiety not knowing what to do and the minute I reached to them via Thumbtack, Cesar called we within 2 minutes of me asking. Told me that they would be at my house within the next hour and they arrived in 30 minutes. Immediately started working and found the problem. It was Labor Day and we needed a new piece to replace and every store was closed so he came the next day after buying it and finished the job pretty quick. I’m happy with the job done.
