- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Focus On Serving Individuals Our Community & Families That is why we quote and provide services, materials, parts and fixtures at a FIXED FLAT RATE PRICE FOR EACH JOB. No Surprises. If a community member can not afford our work we adjust accordingly to meet the needs of all members of the community!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand the customer as a human being. Understand what the customer wants to accomplish or needs done. Then: 1) Do what needs to be done. 2) Do it ON TIME-WHEN it’s supposed to be done. 3) Do the work the WAY IT’S SUPPOSED to be done. 4) Do every job and treat every customer this way EVERY TIME!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years plumbing experience. I build companies that serve their co-workers, communities and customers. We are in business to serve not to be served and to help as many people and families as possible!
