I wholeheartedly recommend Jonny at MKC Plumbing. He came out twice and spent a significant amount of time investigating a complicated leak with my building. In the end, he found nothing wrong with my appliances and nothing that needed to be repaired, which meant he didn’t get paid for all the time he had spent.
What impressed me most was that even though there was no job for him to charge me for, he still went out of his way to call me afterward and give me thoughtful advice on dealing with my building, which was trying to pin the repair costs on me without evidence that I was responsible. I genuinely felt like he was on my side and cared more about getting to the truth than making money off the situation.
Trustworthy, capable, and a really good person. I would absolutely request Jonny again and highly recommend him and MKC Plumbing.

MKC was the first to respond and they sent out Jeorge and Donovan the same day. I was able to get a thorough look through and they gave me an estimate right away. They came back on their scheduled day to complete the work and I’m pleased with the results. More importantly, my condo HOA has approved the repairs they required.

Johnny is an absolute lifesaver! He came out promptly, unclogged our shower, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
