I was genuinely impressed by this professional’s honesty and approach. I had a pipe issue that could have easily turned into a very expensive repair, but instead of immediately recommending the most costly option, he took the time to evaluate the situation carefully and offered a practical, cost effective solution that actually resolved the problem for now. He was very transparent about what may need to be addressed in the future, but never tried to pressure me into unnecessary work. What stood out most was his methodical, step by step approach. He works conservatively and responsibly, trying sensible solutions first rather than jumping straight to drastic or invasive repairs. That gave me a lot of confidence that he genuinely cares about doing what is right for the customer, not just increasing the bill. Trust is always the biggest concern when hiring someone to work inside your home. Many people can complete a job, but not everyone operates with integrity. He proved to be both knowledgeable and trustworthy. He actually allowed me to be present and learn a bit from him which he did not need to do and I appreciated it very much. That level of transparency and willingness to share knowledge really speaks to his character and professionalism. Overall, I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone honest, fair, and skilled. It’s not easy to find professionals who combine technical ability with genuine integrity, but he does.

Kept in communication throughout the process. Brian arrived to my house on time and while working kept me informed of the process. He was very thorough and professional. Once done he cleaned everything up. He also provided me videos and pictures of the work he completed. I would use him again in the future.
