Shannon was extremely knowledgeable—he mentioned having several years of experience, and it truly showed. He fixed my water heater and garbage disposal quickly and for a great price! He also cleaned up after himself, which is a big plus in my book. He even had time to help my neighbor with a leaky sink afterward. Five stars plus! ********** Thank you, sir!
