- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is quoted after a FREE in-home measurement, because the price depends on the size of your windows and the fabric and system you choose. I give you a clear written quote with no surprises, and larger projects get bigger discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) You message or call me and we schedule a free visit. 2) I come to your home or business, measure every window, show fabric samples and recommend the best option for each room. 3) You receive a written quote. 4) We fabricate your shades to the exact size and our own team installs them, clean and on schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17+ years of hands-on experience fabricating and installing window treatments in South Florida, including years at two of the leading window treatment companies in the region before starting Lavalle Shades.
