I could not have been more pleased with the service I received, from the initial phone call to Sara and Lorin, who were helpful in making a selection to stay within my budget. I was pleasantly surprised on multiple occasions, beginning with affordability, items included, the professionalism of the entire setup and display and let's not forget the taste. OMG! was a repeated comment from my guests. Plenty of food leftover to send home with the guests of honor and still have some for ourselves. I was not prepared for the covered serving units that were brought to my home rather than the disposable, open serving trays. They certainly made for an "Exquisite" display as well as keeping the food from drying out. Then there was the Antipasto... OMG! That was simply Picture Perfect! I so did not want to see it disturbed. :) Special thanks to Larry for his timeliness and his ability to maneuver through the guests that were arriving. Exquisite Catering will be my #1 choice for any future events and I will continue to share my superb experience with family & friends. Thanks to all AGAIN!

I hired Exquisite Catering to cater (drop-off) my friend's baby shower. From beginning to end, I was extremely happy with the service I received. Sara was wonderful in helping us set up a menu to meet our needs and budget and was extremely responsive throughout the process. The gentleman who delivered our food and set up the buffet was super nice, on time, and did a great job. Pick up (of dishes, pans, etc) was also a breeze. The most important part...everyone loved the food!! Highly recommended and will definitely use again!

Our wedding dinner was phenomenal! The italian feast was worth every penny. I ordered for 48 people but easily could have feed another 20 people. EVERYONE raved that it was the most delicious lasagna they ever ate. The salad was out of this world and gorgeous. I HIGHLY recommend this caterer for all your events. Do not hesitate. Thank you Exquisite Catering By Robert! I could not have asked for better food, delivery service, or professional staff!

Absolutely happy with the service and food. I live in D.C and hosted my husband's 50th birthday bash in Miami, so I was a little skeptical about hiring a catering company that I knew nothing about. I took a chance and was not disappointed. Exquisite Catering cater the party on Saturday night and Brunch on Sunday morning feeding about 30 people. They arrived on time, very professional, and brought enough food to feed a small army. My guests could not stop raving about the presentation and how delicious the meals were. My server on Sunday went well above and beyond serving us. He was amazing. Please thank him again. If I'm every in the Miami area again partying, I will definitely call upon you to cater my party. Thanks a million.
