Paella VIP catered my party for 35 people and they were fantastic! They respond so quickly, shared all the details I needed, food was absolutely delicious (everyone was raving about it) and the team was super nice and respectful. Everyone at the party was asking for their details because they’re interested in hiring them in the future! Highly recommend!

While we couldn't hire Paella VIP for this round, their responsiveness and communication was excellent. Pricing looks great and we look forward to working with them soon. Jorge has been AMAZING. I found him on Thumbtack for a party I was throwing that was canceled so I was not able to use him, however I did refer him out to my friends.
He did a baby’s shower for one of them and severed his arroz con pollo it was delicious!!! She referred him out to her friend and he did her catering for NYE 2019.
He did my best friends 30th birthday bash.
And then he also did an office holiday party.
Everyone has LOVED his food and constantly went back for seconds. He is one time, extremely responsive and professional.
100% recommend him for any catering needs.

After researching for many catering companies online that specialized in Paella's I came across Paella VIP and they did not disappoint! I had an intimate baby shower and did not want to cook, so I chose to go with the Paella Valencia and it was delicious! Everyone loved it and the amount was enough and even then some! Definitely spread the word with my guests and will utilize Jorge and his team in the future!!!

Jorge is FABULOUS!! Jorge catered our 20th wedding anniversary in December 2013 and was magnificent. Authentic delicious paella! Not only was the paella delicious, the presentation was incredible.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary according to the type of paella and the quantity requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the client to specify the type of paella, the quantity, time to serve.
We are in the place two hours before, approximately, to cook the paella in front of your guests. Serve the paella to all guests.
The rest we pack in aluminum trays to be delivered to the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a family experience in making paella. Our Spanish ancestors left us this art and we have been providing these services for more than 10 years.
