Introduction: I am a PRIVATE CHEF/CATERER/EVENT PLANNER and DECORATOR. I am also a functional nutritional coach and work with clients that require dietary restrictions due to health issues: auto immune illness, IBS, EPI, diabetes, Lyme disease, autism, Celiac's, high blood pressure, etc.. I specialize in plant based fare and dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, ketogenic, auto immune diet, paleo , FODMAP and allergies.) I provide personal chef services, catering, event planning, food styling, weekly drop off, in-home services,private cooking courses and nutritional consultation. Tania was excellent to work with. Great communication and response times. She made a delicious Mediterranean catered dinner that was delivered for a bachelorette party of 8. Plenty of food and clear directions for garnishes and reheating. She made accommodations for the vegetarian in the group which was excellent. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a personal chef for any private event. Thanks again Tania for your excellent service!

I engaged Chef Tania to create a special breakfast for an intimate sunrise wedding reception, and I could not have been more pleased with the result! From the very beginning, Tania was super easy to work with. I interviewed half a dozen chefs, and she was the only one who immediately understood that I wanted to create a customized menu rather than utilize a pre-selected meal plan. Excellent communication and responsiveness - I never felt like I was in the dark and she answered my questions promptly, patiently, and thoroughly. She arrived at the house at the crack of dawn and prepared exactly what we had discussed - no surprises. She and her assistant served an extraordinarily delicious meal for 10 that completely exceeded expectations while also accommodating the dietary needs of the bride. While doing my due diligence, I learned that she enjoys an excellent reputation in the Miami catering community, and after my experience with her, I can totally see why! You can taste the love she puts into her cooking - the wedding was a week ago, and my guests are still raving about the food. Wouldn't dream of working with anyone else. She has earned my highest recommendation - I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I loved working with Tania! She was extremely responsive and friendly throughout the entire planning process. She was very flexible on the day of as we were a large bachelorette group and changed plans often, and importantly, her food was delicious!!

Tania was absolutely amazing! She helped us host a pool party for my sister’s bachelorette and the food was delicious. Mediterranean-inspired, she made an amazing assortment of veggie-forward dishes including a pesto orzo salad, hummus, and a Thai steak salad. She also made our lunches for the following day, which were also delicious. I cannot recommend her enough! We were talking about the food all weekend!

Tania was great. She was early coming to the house, she made exactly what we discussed beforehand. I had a small gathering of 6 people for my birthday and she made more than enough food to last us throughout the weekend. Worth the money I spent. I would use her again if I come back down to Miami.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When working with a personal chef client, I'll meet with the client and go over their preferred tastes. I'll discuss expectations with them and go over food costs and service fees. When working with a catering client, I will have a site visit to the venue,discuss options and plan a menu.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I attended the professional program at the New School of Cooking, and worked for four years as a catering/event manager for one of the top catering companies in Los Angeles. We catered events for the SAG awards, LACMA, Hammer Museum, Chanel, Celebrity weddings and political fundraisers. Barack and Michelle Obama included. My background is in art,design,science and nutrition. I also provide design services (table top,flower arrangements,lighting, etc..)

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with all types of clients from celebrity clients to clients wanting intimate family style dinners.
