- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a personal chef client, I'll meet with the client and go over their preferred tastes. I'll discuss expectations with them and go over food costs and service fees. When working with a catering client, I will have a site visit to the venue,discuss options and plan a menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the professional program at the New School of Cooking, and worked for four years as a catering/event manager for one of the top catering companies in Los Angeles. We catered events for the SAG awards, LACMA, Hammer Museum, Chanel, Celebrity weddings and political fundraisers. Barack and Michelle Obama included. My background is in art,design,science and nutrition. I also provide design services (table top,flower arrangements,lighting, etc..)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients from celebrity clients to clients wanting intimate family style dinners.
