I specialize in plant based fare and dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, ketogenic, auto immune diet, paleo and allergies.) I provide personal chef services, catering, event planning, food styling, weekly drop off, in-home services,private cooking courses and nutritional consultation. I also supply rental needs and decorative services (table top, flower arrangements) . I take great pride in my cooking, attention to detail, and providing great service. Wedding and Event Catering

We got our event cancelled because of all of this Covid-19 stuff :( But, we are looking forward to trying her food, but in the mean time, she reimbursed me the amount I put down, and was super helpful and understanding during these trying times! Her professionalism alone will have me back to try again when we are up and running, and would recommend her to anyone! :)

Tania has been cooking for our European filmcrew for 10 weeks in a row. The crew (mainly men) are big eaters and traveled the world while working, so very familiar with all kinds of food. Tania is a very flexibel and amazing chef who cooks the nicest, fresh, organic and healthy food with local produce. She takes into account all the different diets and works with that to everyone's satisfaction. Even if there will be unannounced extra people for dinner there will always be enough for everyone to enjoy her meals. Her homemade ice-cream is really delicious. The variety of foods even after 20 days of cooking in a row is amazingly delicious and healthy. We not only respect and love her food, but also her personality and the people she works with. If you give a film crew a excellent meal a day they will go the length with you. That is what happens every day. I have asked the men if there was something they didn't like, but they couldn't think of something. Their favorites? Old fashion home cooked meal like Chicken fricassee and rice and beans... We are satisfied customers!

Wedding and Event Catering

Tania kept in good communication both before the event and during the event. She was professional, brought enough helpers, and made good in-the-moment decisions. She was sensitive to how her team engaged with our guests and how her presentation would be viewed. How do you describe smooth and professional? The food was as promised and several guests commented on how tasty the food was and were surprised I had ordered all vegetarian. There were plenty of sauces and the salads were attractive. The cheese choices were interesting and were displayed in an inviting manner...the crackers were interesting, too. And the thing that mattered most to me....there was plenty of guacamole!!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When working with a personal chef client, I'll meet with the client and go over their preferred tastes. I'll discuss expectations with them and go over food costs and service fees. When working with a catering client, I will have a site visit to the venue,discuss options and plan a menu.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I attended the professional program at the New School of Cooking, and worked for four years as a catering/event manager for one of the top catering companies in Los Angeles. We catered events for the SAG awards, LACMA, Hammer Museum, Chanel, Celebrity weddings and political fundraisers. Barack and Michelle Obama included. My background is in art,design,science and nutrition. I also provide design services (table top,flower arrangements,lighting, etc..)

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with all types of clients from celebrity clients to clients wanting intimate family style dinners.
