Cello Lessons (for adults)

Awesome teacher who knows a lot about playing cello. He's an expert on fixing tecnique issues, body position improvement, bow control and much more! He plays very very well too!

William is very knowledgeable and very expressive when teaching the cello. He has a great method of teaching you certain mechanics by using motions or circumstances that you might be using everyday, and translating that exact circumstance into your playing. William always works with you to improve your sound so it comes out more naturally. He has a wonderful sound to his playing is well rounded in helping achieving your own sound, whatever your goals are.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Lessons: 60/hr - you are paying for my 10,000+ hours of experience. Event Services: Generally $200/hr... Price will fluctuate up or down depending on demands of the engagement.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I think music is super personal to each one of us. It has the power to bring back nostalgic memories, strong emotions, and to contruct atmospheres in a normally static environment. Therefore, I try to get an insight of who my customer is, what they are about, what they like or dislike, among other personal facts. I then try to customize the type of sound they want, and it's my job to accommodate that sound however they would like. I'm very passionate about making sure you get a quality musical experience which initiates the musical qualities mentioned

    BM in Cello Performance from University of Delaware w/ minor in Music Management Studies MM in Cello Performance from University of Miami: Frost School of Music Striving to earn DMA in Cello Performance from UM:FSoM as well
