They cooked (live) paella Valenciana and Marinera for my family. Everyone loved it, it really made my event the best ever. This guys are true professionals, looked clean and neat and the food quality was oustanding comparing to previous experiences I've had. I will hire them again "No doubt" there for, I highly recommend Party Mix!

I just want to say that I am so lucky and grateful that I found this company to work with for my wedding and Angel "The owner". Towards the end of my wedding I found myself in a lot of obstacles with my venue but Angel was nice enough and went out of his way to help me which he did. Thank you to him and his amazing customer service I was able to pull my wedding off hassle free and at ease which is the most important part. The price is amazing, customer service amazing, my wedding is in 2 weeks so unfortunately I haven't tried the food yet but I'm sure it will be amazing and I will make sure my guest write a review on the food for Angel. I'm so excited and thank you Angel for you customer service of going above and beyond for your customers and treating us as human beings!

Chef showed up on time. Worked out location to prepare paella. The paella was delicious, all our guests enjoyed. Made our 85th birthday celebration extra special!

Just used Chef Angel (PartyMix) for my engagement party... the Paella Valencia was delicious! Exactly what we were looking for. All of my guests loved the experience and Chef Angel was great. Very responsive to my requests and very professional. Highly recommend for your next party!
