Saul was courteous & professional. He understood my plumbing problem (main line) and explained his process on snaking and reviewing the line with a camera to confirm. Not only was my main line clogged, it was compromised with roots. He cleared my line of years worth of debris and gave me advice on how to proceed with getting a resolution to address the financial burden of replacing the line entirely (connecting with the housing developer, seller and city). I was able to communicate and get the city to address & replace their portion of the line (also compromised) in less than a week! I would contact Saul and his team for any plumbing issue hands down. I had just had another plumber over for a bid and A Rooter was more in line with what I expected to pay. They even showed me how to clean the caulking in the shower without digging out the old and replacing it. I will be calling them back soon to use a camera in my long sewer pipe and give me what I believe would be a reasonable estimate. The old shower knob was soaked in vinegar while they ran to get the cartridge and when it was all back and installed it looked almost new—pretty good with a 20 year old valve. I all ready sent this company name to my realtor that could always use a good plumber for her referrals. Thanks again for being on time in Miami traffic and fixing my leak promptly!

I had a leak in my home which needed a Plumber a pipe burst inside my kitchen causing a huge puddle on my floor. I contacted ARooter plumbing and a plumber by the name of Saul came to the rescue. He found the leak within a few minutes and had to break the wall to fix it. He told me step by step what was needed and the cost. He did a great job. I have had to use his service Multiple time since the initial visit. He is nice, patient and a great plumber. I will call him for all my plumbing needs. I have an older home so it is often.
