Introduction: Rise Above Training develops an individual into the best physical and health level possible. The purpose of our program is to enhance your fitness, athletic performance, strength and overall personal health, while bringing out the best in you. Fitness and sport-specific focus, experimentally proven methods, safe and productive physical training by means of a periodic plan will be our primary emphasis with the goal of helping individuals with their physical appearance and health. Our plan will include periodized progressive overload with focus on maximizing effort and being the best we can each day. Our team philosophy is that Rise Above Training is a movement that, we, as former and current athletes believe in and use everyday. We work with regular individuals, pro and collegiate athletes, as well as high school and younger kids and the Miami Heat Dancers.
