Best boot-camp I have ever attended! The staff is very friendly and helpful, specially Coach Ian, he is truly amazing. Everyday we do a new exercise/agility station, never a dull day when training with him. I love the team atmosphere Operation TTT has created. From teenagers to older folks, we are all challenge by the work-outs and we all see improvements everyday. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get in shape while having fun!!!

I have been with Operation TTT for almost two years and I absolutely love it. The workouts are amazing and I have noticed so many positive physical and mental changes that have taken place since I started. I have so much energy now, sleep great, and I look forward to the workouts. I've also made some good friends in the process which is an added bonus. I highly recommend Operation TTT to anyone interested in making a true lifestyle chance.

This Bootcamp is the best! I've gone to a few others, but this one is different. Coach Ian truly cares about his members. He encourages us and pushes us to our next level all the while making it a fun environment. I've been attending close to 2 years now and have enjoyed everyday. Members are really nice and fun to work out with.

I've been a member at Operation Triple T for several years and I've gotta say the workouts are challenging but fun at the same time. Its been like an investment in my physical and mental health. I always look forward to working out with Ian and his amazing staff. I've also met a lot of great people! Ian always keeps the workouts different each time and that keeps you motivated and interested in going. While my original goal was to lower my digits on the scale the bootcamp somehow shifted my focus on strength and resistance training and I can now even run a 5k in less time! Hands down best bootcamp ever. You will never regret joining Operation Triple T it will become a part of your life.

I started boot camp with Operation Triple T in April and lost 8 pounds in the first month alone. I really enjoy the workouts. They are challenging and never the same. Coach Ian, Chelsea and Chislon are great about keeping everyone motivated and there is no slacking on their watch. I must say it's one of the best investments I have made. Rain or shine, expect an intense workout that is challenging and fun. I recommend this fitness camp to anyone who is serious about getting in shape.

After only 6 month of training with Ian at Operation TTT, I have seen a dramatic change in my body. I have gained muscle definition and strength I never had before. Ian and the rest of the team are extremely supportive and motivate you throughout your fitness journey! I have participated with other trainers, bootcamps, and gyms but never had the success I have achieved while attending Operation TTT. I would recommend this bootcamp to anyone and everyone 100%.

Ian and his staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I've been to many bootcamps in the past and there aren't any like Operation Triple T. I'm constantly being challenged and have never seen results like what I've seen since I started in November. There's an array of different workouts to meet your needs. Thank you so much for your constant motivation and excellence.

I never enjoyed the gym. I felt it was boring and monotonous. Ian makes sure that each class has different exercises and different cardio. He cares about all of the participants and goes above and beyond to motivate and encourage us. For once in my life I actually enjoy working out. No matter what your fitness level is, he will accommodate the exercise to fit your level.

This is my second week with coach Ian, and I must say I have never dealt with someone as professional as him. Him, and the staff inspires me to come and work out as hard as I can. Thank you Ian, and the staff for pushing us to work beyond our limits. Looking forward achieving my goals with your staff.

Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have them try our complimentary 1 hour fitness assessment session. During and following the session we will discuss areas they did well and areas I feel improvement is needed along with their goals. Should they decide to start on the following session (recommended) they will receive a full body initial assessment, weight, BMI, Body Fat Percentage, Measurements, and before picture. In 2-3 months we will re-do the assessment and determine progress and next steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Youth Fitness Instructor by the IFPA, Military Veteran from the U.S. Coast Guard, Former Collegiate Scholarship Athlete - Basketball.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been an active person all of my life and this line of work comes very natural to me and I now know later in life how beneficial staying in shape is to your overall health and longevity.
What types of customers have you worked with?
ALL: Former and current professional athletes, collegiate athletes, high school teens, adults of all professions, kids 6 and over, couch potatoes and every one in between.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Well many personal trainers charge their clients based on the location they are in (high income vs medium to low income) or based on the facilities rent being forced to charge you more but the exercises that are typically offered are universal so why should you the client be charged more. I believe in offering the best exercise regimen and keeping it affordable for all. I hate to say that I've even heard some PT charge based on the clients income if they knew how much they made and this happens when PT's are solely dependent on this income and a portion goes back to the facility owners.
