Robert was knowledgeable, helpful and fair. Turned out the heater didn't need replacement, and it was just the air handler which needed a thorough cleaning and was leaking down onto the heater. Robert took care of the issue with the handler, and also adjusted his price down given the actual work needed. I plan on using his services again in the future.
