I found Julio on Thumbtack and glad I did. Since I requested the service, Julio has been nothing but professional and very communicative. He was able to give an estimate right on the call after taking a look at a few pictures I sent. I had an issue where the door was hitting the elevated lip of my garage floor and not closing fully. While he was not able to make our first appointment, he made sure to let me know in advance to reschedule. On day of appointment, he let me know he was coming and his estimated time of arrival. Once, he got here, I also asked about replacing the weather stripping and no problem adding the work there. He went right to work cutting and chipping away at the concrete flooring that was causing the issue and replaced the weather stripping. After it was done, I inspected and he made sure to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Julio.
