- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates before any work starts. Pricing depends on scope, materials, and permitting especially since we work in Miami-Dade's HVHZ zone. We're upfront about costs and offer milestone-based payment schedules instead of asking for everything upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a call or site visit to understand the project, then provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we pull permits, schedule the crew, and get to work. We keep you updated throughout and do a final walkthrough before closing out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in residential and commercial remodeling, with strong knowledge of Florida Building Code and Miami-Dade NOA requirements. We stay current on hurricane-zone compliance so projects pass inspection the first time.
