Carlos was exceptional from the start. Very responsive which is not common in South Florida. Knowledgeable, responsible, courteous, provides helpful and economical solutions when faced with a challenge. Takes the proper channels to expedite his services without any further delays especially when there are time constraints involve. His Manager and partner, Tina is a delight when dealing with paperwork. I'd definitely recommend them, as well as will utilize his services going forward.

I can not say enough positive things about the Remanton team. They are superior to any construction company I have worked with. They are highly skilled, have a good eye for design, intelligent, dependable, organized with billing, great at managing their sub contractors, and take ownership for the project - no excuses, no no-shows, no stuck in traffic. They manage a project from plans to installation. It may sound like I am leaving a review for my family, but I am not. I am person from the Midwest who values quality work, strong work ethic, kindness and professionalism. Remanton Design is the first construction company I have found, in the Miami area, that delivers all that. They are small yet behave like they are one of the giants in the construction world. They are my go to when I need work done. They are the BEST!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a civil engineer, I have a vast knowledge of the construction process together with my partner who has been working in the construction field for over twenty years, I have worked on projects as large as 7 stories of hotel construction and as small as just a bathroom renovation.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Remanton Designs LLC was founded in 2016 but its founders have over 20 years of experience in the construction field as project managers, construction estimators, and construction managers among other roles in the same industry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential customers looking for improving their properties not only as property for investment but also as their own dwelling
Commercial customers looking for the renovation of their business like office tenant improvements or improvement for restaurant starting up
