We just had the TPO roof done on our warehouse and the difference is night and day. The old one was a nightmare that leaked every time the wind blew hard. The drainage is perfectly pitched now. These guys came in, dealt with all our rooftop AC units themselves since they have the mechanical licenses, and didn't even disrupt our shipping schedule. It's nice to hire a company that just gets it done right the first time without needing a bunch of subcontractors.
Robson Industrial Group LLC's reply
Gustavo, thank you! Good drainage is the whole game on a commercial TPO roof, so glad the new pitch is working the way it should on your warehouse. We keep AC and mechanical work in-house, under our own license — one crew, no subcontractor delays, and your shipping schedule stays intact. Appreciate the review. — Frank

Our new metal roof looks so sleek I keep walking outside just to look at it. Francisco and his crew knocked it out fast and i'm impressed with the result!
Robson Industrial Group LLC's reply
Thank you, Allada! Glad the new metal roof met and exceeded your expectations — that's exactly what our crew's experience and expertise are there to deliver. I'll be sure to share your kind words with them.

We finally got rid of those old noisy windows! I am so happy with how the new impact ones turned out. The house is completely quiet now, like we don't even hear the street traffic or the neighbor's dogs anymore. The guys from Robson were here right on time every morning and laid out their tarps before starting. I was dreading the construction mess but they actually left my floors cleaner than they found them. It is so nice to just lock them and know the house is secure.
Robson Industrial Group LLC's reply
Chris, thank you for taking the time to write this — the quiet is usually the first thing homeowners notice once the old windows and doors are out, even before the security side of it sinks in. Glad the crew kept the job site tidy and stuck to the schedule on both; that's the standard we hold them to on every install, not just the visible parts.
Enjoy the peace and quiet — and the extra security. If anything ever comes up, you know where to find us.

They handled the whole 40-year inspection including there-roof and reinstalled the ACs up to code. The communication was great. I only had to deal with one contractor, which made the whole process much easier. Thank you Yoli and Frank, you guys are the best! Highly recommended.
Robson Industrial Group LLC's reply
Thank you, German — this one means a lot to us. A 40-year recertification is a demanding process for any building, and you put your finger on why it went smoothly: you only had to deal with one company. Because we hold the general contractor, roofing, and mechanical licenses in-house, the re-roof and bringing the A/C units up to code were done by our own crews, with the permits pulled under our own licenses — no coordinating three separate contractors and hoping their schedules line up. I'll make sure Yoli sees this. If anything comes up with the building down the road, you know where to find us. — Frank, Robson Industrial Group

These guys are the best! We used their PACE financing program to afford a standing seam metal roof. I was worried the paperwork would be a nightmare but they walked us through it step by step. The actual construction was loud but the crew worked fast to get it over with. They replaced some rotten wood underneath and still finished on time. I feel much safer in the house now.
Robson Industrial Group LLC's reply
Jose, thank you. The paperwork is the part most homeowners dread, so it's the part we built a process around — you apply once, we assemble the documentation, and we walk each step with you so nothing gets signed that you don't fully understand. We don't lend directly; we're a registered contractor on the program, so our job is to keep it clear and let you make the call. Glad you can now enjoy your new metal roof and the advantages it brings to your home and family.
