• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Our pricing is based on a variety of factors including the scope of the project, materials required, labor costs, and any additional services requested. We strive to provide fair and competitive pricing while also ensuring that we deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We are always transparent about our pricing so that our customers know exactly what to expect. Additionally, we are happy to work with our customers to find cost-effective solutions that meet their needs and budget. We never use cheap and/or low quality material for the long lasting result

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Our typical process with a new customer begins with an initial consultation to discuss the customer's needs, budget, and timeline for the project. During this consultation, we will also assess the scope of the project and any specific requirements that the customer may have. Once we have a clear understanding of the customer's needs, we will provide the scope of work, materials to be used, timeline for completion, and an estimated cost. We are always transparent about our pricing and will answer any questions the customer may have before moving forward with the project. If the customer decides to move forward, we will schedule a start date for the project and begin work according to the agreed-upon timeline. Throughout the project, we will provide regular updates to the customer and address any concerns or changes that may arise. Once the project is completed, we will do a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure their satisfaction with the work. We take pride in our attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, and we strive to exceed our customer's expectations on every project.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  As a high-end contractor company, we have a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals who have undergone extensive education and training in the construction industry. (many of them decade, or decades of experience) Our team includes licensed contractors, project managers, architects, designers, and skilled tradespeople who each bring a unique set of skills and expertise to our projects. Many of our team members have obtained formal education in fields such as architecture, construction management, engineering, and design. Additionally, our team regularly participates in continuing education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and building codes in the industry. We also prioritize on-the-job training and hands-on experience for our new team members to ensure that they have the practical skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality workmanship on every project. Our commitment to ongoing education and training allows us to provide our customers with the best possible service and results.
