- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is very reasonable; there is a $20 required non-refundable deposit of security of any cancellations. After communication and consultation any add-ons that may be brought to my attention, my client will be informed about any price changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all new customers I like to hear about your concerns pertaining to your hair so that we can use that as a base for your service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a New York cosmetology License as well as Florida. I am certified in wig making, a well rounded blow pro, and push to educate with each service I provide.
