- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of work, materials required, project complexity, and location. We provide clear, upfront estimates whenever possible so you understand the cost before work begins. For projects requiring on-site troubleshooting or diagnostics, a service or diagnostic fee may apply. If additional work is discovered, we'll discuss the options and pricing with you before proceeding. We focus on providing competitive, fair pricing without sacrificing the quality of the work. For larger projects or multiple services completed during the same visit, bundled pricing may be available. Send us details and photos of your project whenever possible. We can often provide an initial assessment and pricing range before scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and straightforward. We start by learning about your project, including the work needed, location, timeline, and any photos or videos you can provide. This helps us understand the scope and determine the best next step. When possible, we'll provide an initial estimate based on the information provided. Projects requiring troubleshooting, measurements, or a closer inspection may require an on-site visit. Once the scope, pricing, and schedule are approved, we complete the work with attention to quality, safety, and cleanliness. If we discover anything that could change the scope or cost, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding. After completion, we review the work with you, clean the work area, and make sure you're satisfied with the finished project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background combines formal education, technical training, and hands-on field experience. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and have completed specialized training in HVAC/R, electrical systems, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) technology, and construction safety. My professional certifications and training include EPA Section 608, OSHA 10, and NCCER credentials. I also have experience reading construction drawings, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, coordinating projects, and performing residential and commercial repairs and installations. This combination of technical training and 20+ years real-world construction experience allows me to approach projects with a strong understanding of safety, proper installation practices, troubleshooting, and overall project quality.
