- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a service call fee for coming out and assessing the problem then i give my recommendation on the repair or if it needs to be outsourced to a bigger business
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First i contact the customer to get info on the problem so that i can asses the issue, then i inform them on my prices for a service call to come out and assess the issue then i discuss the repair and how much it will cost and then start the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hvac certification. It’s and epa certification where i can work on any style system
