- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and transparent. Standard TV mounting starts at $99 per TV. Additional services like in-wall cable concealment or mounting on metal studs may have small additional fees. We always confirm the price before starting the job, and we also provide a warranty on our installations for peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few quick questions about the TV size, wall type, and whether the client already has a mount. Then we schedule a convenient time for the installation. When we arrive, we check the wall structure, confirm the placement with the customer, mount the TV securely, and test everything before leaving. The goal is a clean, safe installation and a happy customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hundreds of completed installations and hands-on technical work. I specialize in safe mounting techniques, stud detection, drywall work for cable concealment, and proper TV positioning for optimal viewing angles. Over time I’ve worked with all major TV brands, mount types, and wall materials.
