Very professional. Did a great job installing our granite countertop. They were punctual and delivered at the time they promised to have it installed. Highly recommend!

William and his employees did a wonderful job. First, the job cost what it was quoted to cost. Second, they took care of minor issues that were caused by my side (I did not have the time to fully remove the carpet in one area, they did it for free). Third, we had a bump on the floor (nobody expected it) they quoted a super fair price, went ahead and resolved it. They were flexible, communication was great all along. The house looks beautiful, the floor was professionally installed (goes under the molding, goes under the door, etc.). William cares and provides exceptional customer service. HIGHLY recommended (extra bonus: they showed up even prior to the scheduled arrival time, which allowed me to get to work on time each and every day - unheard of in Miami!).

William by mistake overbooked on the installation day but made sure someone was there to install laminate flooring on time. Took longer than expected but I am ahppy with the final product. Will call back for additional installation.

Diego did fantastic work (on a big job) and the whole process (beginning with William and his quick response w/ an estimate) was wonderful! I will DEFINITELY be hiring them for my next project. This was my first time using Thumbtack and I am MORE THAN PLEASED!!

William does the job right. He jumped on helping me rather quickly and was very affordable. He had a great demeanor and did the job very quickly and efficiently. He even helped clean up after himself and left my place in a much better condition than it was previous to his work.
