Fantastic cleaning. She was very detailed in cleaning every area of kitchen and bathroom. The floors and Windows were also spotless. Getting my apartment clean for move was very easy with her cleaning service. It was very wonderful cleaning service. Everything was done incredibly well. :)

Clarabelle was every responsive and communicative which is very important to me. She promised the job done in about 2 hours with a two person team. She was right on target. They were extremely thorough and left the apartment in great shape. It really needed a deep cleaning and they delivered. Highly recommended.

I came down with a bad cold on Tuesday of this week. Our cleaning cancelled. My husband was traveling and returning today with a house guest. I went to thumbtack and in under an hour I heard back Leiby that she could today at 9am. I was nervous because I didn’t know her and was use to my cleaning lady. But I was desperate. She came with two other helpers. They were all exceptional. They simply came in and cleaned. I was able to sit back and let them do their job. I felt completely comfortable and so pleased the outcome. After they left which was after 2 hours I believe (so fast), I sat down on our couch and breathed a huge sigh of relief.
I can’t say enough about Lieby and her service. Highly recommend her to anyone in need of a great cleaner.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing can vary depending on a few different factors (pets, laundry, etc).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I arrive to a location I make sure to walk through the home with the client, taking note of what s/he would like done. Afterwards, I will give a time estimate and a price confirmation. Then, our client can sit back and relax or go out for a bit while we work our magic. When the job is done, I will do another walk through with the client making sure we got every detail right. I accept payment, and schedule his/her next cleaning!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an apprentice for the owner of a cleaning company for a few years before starting up my own business. While there, I gained experience learning how to properly care for all types of surfaces and how to keep our clients happy.
