Our pricing can vary depending on a few different factors (pets, laundry, etc).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I arrive to a location I make sure to walk through the home with the client, taking note of what s/he would like done. Afterwards, I will give a time estimate and a price confirmation. Then, our client can sit back and relax or go out for a bit while we work our magic. When the job is done, I will do another walk through with the client making sure we got every detail right. I accept payment, and schedule his/her next cleaning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an apprentice for the owner of a cleaning company for a few years before starting up my own business. While there, I gained experience learning how to properly care for all types of surfaces and how to keep our clients happy.
