They did amazing job on the house top to bottom. We have a pet in house who sheds and they really tackled all of that along with lots of dust. The house is super clean! Amazing job.

I can’t say enough great things about this cleaning service. They responded to my inquiry within minutes and were able to come out within just a few hours to handle something that needed immediate attention.
The job itself was somewhat complex, but they handled everything professionally, thoroughly, and with care. Not only did they do a beautiful job, but they truly went above and beyond what I originally asked for.
I’m incredibly grateful for their responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to help during a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

5/5I hired Top Tier for a one time DEEP clean of an apartment that hadn't been properly cleaned in several years. The bathroom in particular needed a lot of work. There were also lots of tiny things that needed to be moved for a solid dusting. All these expectations were met.The gals were great and friendly. The woman who gave the estimate was on time and prompt.She was able to give me an accurate estimate relative to the final price I paid.I felt the price was absolutely reasonable for the amount of work that was needed.The cleaning service was arranged a bit last minute, which was my fault, but they were able to schedule me for the next day. The cleaning crew did very careful work, which was great, because we had them dusting around tiny collectibles for the work! I really appreciated the option to have a full crew working to handle the house instead of just one person because several rooms needed deep cleaning. They were thorough and even got into corners and sideboards and both sides of the blinds. That kind of attention to detail is important to me.Overall this is my review:-thorough and adaptable.they took good instruction when I needed something else looked at.-Friendly but independent and took initiative when appropriate-VERY reasonable price for all the work that was done, as this was a DEEP clean of a place that needed it.I would recommend them!

I've used this cleaning service for a few months now, and it is by far the best house cleaning service I have used in Miami! In the few months that I have worked with Top Tier they have always been extremely professional and reliable. They have always provided a consistent level of service, which goes above and beyond any other cleaning service I have worked with. I'm talking about a detail level of cleaning including under the bed, under the couch, stairs, the kitchen backsplash, they get everything! In addition to a high level of service, Top tier is also very personable and a pleasure to have in our home. We are on a biweekly cleaning schedule. I love working with Top Tier because they are flexible, and they have helped me give estimates if we want to add more to the cleaning service like additional rooms, or deep clean options like the oven or the refrigerator, which we don't need all the time, but its really nice to know the options there. If you're looking for a reliable cleaning service that pays attention to details you can't go wrong with Top tier cleaners.
