- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fixed price, set by a calculator, not a walkthrough. Bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage decide it and it does not move. Standard from $145, deep from $235, move-out from $299. Recurring is 10% off every clean, weekly 15%. Add-ons are listed with prices: oven $35, fridge $35, interior windows $45, laundry $25. Price your own job in under a minute. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send the address, bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. That is the whole quote; nobody visits first. Pick a date, a frequency and any add-ons. You enter your card yourself at checkout, and nothing is charged yet. Your cleaner brings their own supplies, clocks in, and uploads before-and-after photos of every room before leaving. The card is charged after the clean. No contract, so pause or cancel any time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
House cleaning carries no trade licence in Florida, so what matters is the system behind it. Every cleaner works from a written room-by-room checklist, so clean is never left to interpretation. The deep and move-out versions name specific extra items rather than promising to be more thorough. Every cleaner is reference-checked before their first job and carries their own general liability policy.
