Holly was professional, communicative, and made the entire process stress-free. After recently closing on a condo purchase, we urgently needed a company that could handle popcorn ceiling removal, glass panel removal of an entire wall including the door, both the master and guest bathrooms, as well as painting the entire unit.We conducted extensive Google searches, vetted, and received quotes from multiple companies. Among them was CertaPro Painters of North Miami, who stood out from the start.The day before our scheduled quote, Mimi called to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, Omar arrived with a crew member and they conducted a thorough walkthrough of the apartment. They provided a very detailed quote, clearly outlining the services we requested for each room.Before making our final decision, Mimi took the time to speak with us on a Sunday morning for over an hour, patiently answering our extensive list of questions. Her clear communication and transparency were exceptional, and she set realistic expectations from the start. She estimated that the project would take approximately 7 days for completion and we proceeded to move forward.The painting crew, led by Luis Bravo, did a great job and always arrived on time. They were very friendly and kept us in the loop the entire time. Mimi would also conduct follow-up calls periodically to confirm everything was on track. The project took 7 days to complete which is exactly what she predicted. On the final day we performed a walk-through with Mimi and Luis to review the work and touch-up any minor items. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction and in a professional manner. Great communication from the start, cleanliness, attention to detail, and no extra surprise charges. Mimi, Omar, Luis, and the rest of the team were truly a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend CertaPro Painters of North Miami and will definitely be using them again!
