We had an excellent experience working with Mimi and the entire CertaPro team. From the very beginning, Mimi was professional, transparent, and knowledgeable. She had no hesitation in providing proof of insurance and licensing, which immediately gave us confidence in hiring them for our project. The crew completed the job ahead of schedule, arrived on time every single day, and consistently left the work area clean and organized before leaving. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and willingness to listen to every request we had. Not only did they listen, but they executed everything exactly as requested. The entire team truly went above and beyond our expectations. Their workmanship, professionalism, communication, and reliability made the entire process stress-free.We would not hesitate to use CertaPro again for future projects and highly recommend Mimi and her team to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service. We felt completely comfortable and confident entrusting this project to them.

Great experience from start to finish! Omar was flexible with a virtual estimate over the weekend. He was quick to get us on the schedule the very next week. His team was friendly, professional and kept the space clean. We are very happy with their work and would highly recommended them to anyone.

I worked directly with one of the owners Mimi and she was such a delight to work with. Easy to talk to and coordinate the service. Her team was very quick and efficient. Price was very fair from what I've compared to from contractors that have quoted me. Mimi was honest and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I would 10/10 recommend them to friends and family. High recommend considering them if you are looking to paint your home or remove popcorn ceilings. I hired them for the popcorn and they did a fantastic job.

Really great painting company. They rectified a disaster caused by an illegal carpenter (Portica FL corp). They fixed a large metallic window frame with the correct metallic pain. Highly recommend the team esp, Mimi. take care.
