Pricing is always clear and transparent — no hidden fees or last-minute changes. Estimates include all prep work, taping, covering, and cleanup. We also offer a 10% discount on labor for customers who leave a verified Thumbtack review after completion. You’ll always know the total before we start — no surprises later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing photos of your space to provide a clear and accurate quote — no guesswork or hidden fees. Once the estimate is approved, I help you select and order materials from Home Depot and organize delivery if needed. For multi-day projects, a 30% payment is collected at the end of the first day, with the balance due upon completion. Payment is accepted via Zelle or cash. My goal is to keep everything simple, clear, and stress-free from start to finish.
